Freaky Friday…

Battling a nice storm over at UNH, we lost power all over campus. Luckily, the field house got power restored by mid day and I hit up the track.

I did a quick upper-body weight lifting workout, including:

  • Bench Press <150lbs just to feel a burn. Nice fast reps.
  • Curls
  • Behind the neck, lateral pull downs
  • And a few more…

Then I hit up the track and did a 5x 55 meter accelerators and 5x full approach simulating a take off.

Solid day!
